Day trip to Venice
Wheelchair accessible day trip to one of the most popular European tourist destinations - Venice.
Wheelchair accessible day trip to the Karst area where we'll visit the Lipica stud farm foudnded by the Royal Habsburg family back in the 16th century and the famous UNESCO protected Škocjan caves.
Wheelchair users can enjoy the beauties of Škocjan Caves and uniqueness of Lipizzaner horses, just as anybody else!
Our first stop will be the Škocjan Caves, the only natural beauty in Slovenia that is listed on the UNESCO world heritage list. As the cave is protected it’s unfortunately not possible to visit it on a wheelchair. Instead of that we can take part in a virtual 4-D tour of the cave, which is not far away from the real walk (believe us, we got scared of the high walls and deep falls a couple of times…).
Kras (Karst) to Slovenians mean something like Provence to the French – small hills rising up from the flat (land) terrain that are covered with fields and vineyards. One of the world´s most famous stud farms is based here and it is wheelchair friendly. It is called Lipica, where the white Lipizzaner horses have been born and bred since the 16th century. The horses were used by the royal Habsburg monarch for centuries. After a late lunch with some local delicacies we´ll take the road back to our hotel.

“Hi Danijel, Thank you! It was great to meet the team, and we really enjoyed our tours and our interactions with you, Miha, and Urban. All the best, Shaina
“We are a group of 4 friends from Finland and spent a week in Slovenia: Bled, Portoroz and Ljubljana. 2 of us use electric wheelchairs so we booked all the transfers and one day tour from NoLimits Tours. Everything worked perfectly! Service was really good before we arrived and we got answers to our questions very quickly. Our driver was really good and spoke good English. The car was big enough for 2 electric wheelchairs. Daytour to Koper and Piran was excellent and our guide Danijel was very good. Everything really was 100 % accessible and I can truly recommend for everybody!
“Miha and Danijel, Greetings from Frankfurt! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my brief stay in Ljubljana absolutely incredible.
