1. Basic conditions
These basic conditions are an integral part of the Travel contract with which Feel NoLimits and the Tourist, who is applying for a specific tour package (excursion, trip, holidays), enter into.
Feel NoLimits is a trademark owned by Šolski servis, prevozi d.o.o., Spodnji Rudnik II 16, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The organizer of all Feel NoLimits excursions, rentals and holidays is Šolski servis, prevozi d.o.o..
In case there are any questions which are not specifically regulated in these basic conditions, the terms from the individual programmes of travel or the Conditions of the Obligation code apply.
All tour packages published on the Feel NoLimits website are prepared in accordance with people with special needs, including the disabled ones on wheelchairs. In case a particular programme is not suitable for persons with a specific disability, this is especially mentioned in the programme.
2. Booking and Travel contract
Guests can apply for the tour in the Feel NoLimits office personally, by telephone, in writing form by post or by e-mail.
At the moment of booking the applicant and Feel NoLimits shall conclude the travel contract, for which Feel NoLimits is obliged to issue a Confirmation of Travel to the applicant. The confirmation of Travel includes the personal data of the tourist, who is applying for a tour package and the exact information about a specific tour package or it refers to the programme in which this information is stated. Part of the Confirmation of Travel is also a programme of the entire excursion.
At the time of the booking, the Applicant is obliged to provide certain documents, which Feel NoLimits needs for the execution of the programme. If the Applicant provides false or incorrect data, he/she is solely responsible for any damage and additional costs, which could transpire because of the false data provided by the tourist.
If the Applicant cannot join the excursion, because of false or incorrect data, which was provided to the agency (for example, false or an incomplete name at the reservation of a plane ticket), Feel NoLimits is not obliged to return the money to the tourist, which was paid in advance.
An application is considered valid, when the tourist covers the prepayments. The amount of the prepayment is 30% of the cost of the entire tour package, in case it is not stated otherwise in the programme, and it has to be paid at the moment of booking. Feel NoLimits doesn’t charge any additional costs for the entry fee.
The deadline for the application for the many day excursions is at least 30 days before the start of the excursion. In case a specific excursion is also available later, the deadline can be shorter in arrangement with Feel NoLimits. The deadline for one day excursions is 7 days before the excursion.
3. Services within the price of the tour package
The services, which are included in the price of the tour package, are stated in every programme specifically. If they are not stated otherwise in the programme, the stated prices per person apply.
Programmes are made after the booking. The published programmes on the websites and the prices are of an informative nature and depend on the date of the tour, number of applications, the prices of the accommodation facilities and any other services, which are chosen by the tourist in arrangement with Feel NoLimits. The specific price of the tour is calculated at the moment of the applicant´s inquiry about a specific tour package and is forwarded to the applicant in writing.
CATEGORIZATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES: The categorization of the Accommodation Facilities is always made according to the standards in each country and for this there are no international standards, so the quality of the specific accommodation facility can differ in each country. The local categorizations of the accommodation facilities are stated in the programmes.
4. Special services
Special services are those, which are not included in the price of the tour package and are available at a surcharge (for example, a single bedroom, food, optional trips, visas, insurance…).
The applicant shall pay for these services specifically and in general, additional costs are not required, unless it is stated otherwise in the programme (for example, visas). The payments for the special services are made during the tour directly to the tour guide, in case it is not arranged otherwise.
5. Payment conditions
The payment is valid on the day, when Feel NoLimits receives the money on its bank account. With the prepayments made, the applicant ensures his/her place on the tour. The rest is paid in instalments, on the terms which the tourist arranges with Feel NoLimits at the moment of the application.
The applicant is obliged to cover the entire amount for the tour within the deadline, as stated in this point of the General terms and conditions. Otherwise it counts as if the tourist has cancelled the application so the basic terms from point number 7 are taken into effect.
The entire amount for the tour must be paid the latest:
- 15 days before the start of the tour for the multiple day excursions, in case it is not stated otherwise in the programme or in the confirmation of the tour.
- 3 days before the one-day excursions, in case it is not stated otherwise in the programme or in the confirmation of the tour.
The applicant can pay the amount for the tour through his/her bank or using his/her credit card via the internet. All costs and provisions, connected with the transaction of money to the bank account of Feel NoLimits, needs to be paid solely by the tour applicant.
The price of the tour is determined by its programme and the offer, which is sent to the applicant and is calculated on the day the offer, is conveyed. The price includes the services stated in the programme of the tour.
Feel NoLimits reserves the right to change the prices, if there are some changes in the exchange rates of the foreign currencies or the price rates of transportation or accommodation, which affect the price of the tour. The price can increase up to 20 days before the start of the tour and Feel NoLimits is obliged to notify the applicant in case there are any changes in the prices.
In case the price is increased by more than 10%, the Applicant can withdraw from the tour contract and does not need to cover any damage and has the right for a full refund, which he/she previously paid to Feel NoLimits.
The price is calculated based on minimum number of applications, which is stated in the programme and can be increased in the case of a fewer number of applications. VAT is included in all the prices.
7. Tour changes and its cancellation by the applicant
The Applicant can cancel the tour at any time before the start of the tour, and has to do so in writing.
If the applicant, who concluded the contract, can’t participate in the tour, he/she can exchange his/her reservation with another tourist. If that is possible, the transfer has to be confirmed in writing at least 15 days before the start of the tour for multiple day excursions and for one day excursions, one day before the excursion. In that case Feel NoLimits is entitled for the reimbursement of the actual costs, because of the reservation transfer from one applicant to another (for example, the purchase of a new plane ticket), and other costs, which have already been paid are automatically transferred to the other applicant. Feel NoLimits is obliged to justify the costs made by the reservation exchange.
In case the Applicant cancels the tour and cannot find a suitable replacement, Feel NoLimits has the right for a refund because of the cancellation of the tour. The amount of the refunded costs depends on the number of days remaining between the date of the cancellation and the starting date of the tour. If it is not stated otherwise, Feel NoLimits shall keep the funds on the conditions as follows.
For multiple day excursions:
- Up to 90 days before the departure – Feel NoLimits only keeps the administrative costs in the amount of €50 per person and those costs, which have been made up to that day and cannot be refunded to the applicant (for example, the reservation of the hotels without the possibility of cancellation, low cost airline tickets…) – Feel NoLimits is obliged to justify the amount of these costs.
- From 90 up to 30 days before the departure – Feel NoLimits keeps 40% of the price of the tour and those costs, which have been made until that day and cannot be refunded to the applicant (for example, the reservation of hotels without the possibility of cancellation, low cost airline tickets…) – Feel NoLimits is obliged to justify the amount of these costs.
- From 29 up to 15 days before the departure – Feel NoLimits keeps 60% of the price of the tour.
- From 14 up to 8 days before the departure – Feel NoLimits keeps 80% of the price of the tour
- From 7 days before the departure or in case of the applicant’s no-show without the previous notification – Feel NoLimits keeps 100% of the price of the tour.
- For one day excursions:
- Up to 10 days before the departure – Feel NoLimits only keeps the administrative costs in the amount of €20 per person.
- From 10 days up to 3 days before the departure – Feel NoLimits keeps 50% of the price of the excursion.
- From 2 days before the departure or in case of the applicant’s no-show without previous notification – Feel NoLimits keeps 100% of the price of the excursion.
8. Travel cancellation or change of the programme by the organizer
Feel NoLimits reserves the right to cancel the tour because of extraordinary conditions, which could not be avoided and which could be the reason, that the organizer of the tour could not conclude the contract, if it was made aware in advance of the special conditions (for example, riots in the destination country, natural disasters…).
Feel NoLimits also reserves the right to cancel the tour at least 8 days before the start of the tour, in case there are not enough applications. The minimum number of applicants is stated in the programme of the tour.
Feel NoLimits reserves the right to change the programme of the tour during the trip, because of higher force, which could not be prevented, without special compensation.
If Feel NoLimits cancels the tour before its beginning, because of the reasons stated above, the tourist has the right to the full compensation for the tour. If the tour is interrupted during its implementation, the tourist has the right for a partial compensation for the tour and Feel NoLimits has the right to keep an appropriate relative fee of the paid excursion.
In case there are changes in the tour after its start, Feel NoLimits in the given conditions must provide a suitable replacement for its tourists.
Feel NoLimits is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of regular flights, trains, buses or any other type of public transport and the changes of the programme, which could transpire, because of the mentioned delays or cancellations. In this case the Applicant is not eligible for compensation because of the non-implementation of part of the programme, and as well for the eventual subsequent reduction in the price.
In case, that the situation at the location of the tour itself does not allow the accommodation of the tourists in the desired accommodation, the tourists can be accommodated in another facility of the same or higher category in the same location of the visit.
9. Travel documents and their eventual loss
The tourist who applies for the tour must have a valid passport or another personal document, with which he/she can travel to the country of destination. In case some countries only allow the entry into its territory within the minimum time validation of the document, Feel NoLimits is obliged to relay that fact in time to the Applicants. If a visa is required for the entrance into a specific country, Feel NoLimits is obliged to notify its applicants and also to alert them to provide themselves with a visa before the departure.
Feel NoLimits is also obliged to alert the tourist for any possible vaccinations for a specific country, which have to be taken care of by the tourist themselves before their departure.
If the tourist does not fulfil some of the required conditions for entry into a country, Feel NoLimits is not responsible for the consequences of the rejection of the entrance to the country or the premature departure from the tour. Feel NoLimits does not have any financial obligations towards the tourist and the tourist does not have the right to any compensation for the trip or a reduction in the price of the tour.
At the moment of application the tourist must provide correct and accurate personal information. In case that incorrect information causes a delay, any additional costs or the cancellation of the trip all the costs are the responsibility of the tourist.
If the Traveller loses his/her documents during the excursion or their passports/ID cards are stolen and are essential for the continuation of the trip or the return back to their homeland, the Traveller must acquire new ones at his/her own cost.
The basic information can be provided by the tour guide. In case the tourist has to interrupt or change the excursion, because of the loss of their personal documents, he/she is not eligible for compensation, a part of the price for the excursion or the reduction of the price. The loss or theft of the documents is also not a reason for the subsequent change of the programme of the tour for the entire group.
10. Customs and other regulations and the tourist´s obligations
The tourist is obliged to respect the legislation, customs and other regulations of the destination countries and as well of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union. The tourist must also respect the basic terms and other regulations of all performers of external services, which have been granted the faith of implementation of a specific part of the tour (for example, the basic terms and conditions of the Airline Company, Bus company, house rules in accommodation facilities…).
The tourist is obliged to inform himself/herself about the legislation and other rules connected with the tour, about any conditions in the legislation of specific countries and for other regulations the applicant is notified and alerted by Feel NoLimits.
If the tourist can’t start or continue the excursion because of violations of the legislation, he/she is solely responsible for the consequences and shall bear all the costs himself/herself, which are the result of the violations and does not have the right for any refund of the amount already paid for the excursion or for a reduction in the price for the tour.
If some damage is done to the organizer of the tour, because of the violations of the tourist´s obligations, that damage is the responsibility of the tourist.
The applicant is obliged to behave in such a way during the excursion that it doesn’t endanger the health, safety or the lives of other tourists and that the normal implementation of the tour is not endangered. In case that the applicant is not behaving in accordance with these rules, the tour guide or the representative of the organizer has the right to exclude the tourist from the excursion.
In that case the Applicant does not have the right to any refund of the amount already paid for the tour (except for the costs, which are paid on the way to the location itself) or any further reduction in the price for the tour.
Feel NoLimits is not responsible for the loss or damage to luggage. The tourist must report the loss or damage of the luggage, with the help of the tour guide, who needs to be notified about what transpired. When it comes to air transport, the airline companies are responsible for the luggage, on the basis of the regulations which apply in the International Carriage by Air.
With other types of transport and during the excursion itself, the tourist is solely responsible for the luggage.
12. Information before the departure
At the time of booking, the applicant shall receive a Confirmation of travel. At that time the applicant, shall also receive a programme of the tour and the basic information, needed for the tour itself.
Information regarding the exact time and place of meeting the tour guide, the Tour guide contact information and the exact information about the accommodation facilities will be sent to the applicant via post or e-mail, at least 7 days before the start of the tour. In case the tourist does not receive the notification mentioned above, he/she should contact Feel NoLimits.
Information which the tourist receives about the weather conditions are of an indicative nature and Feel NoLimits is not responsible for them.
In case of any doubt, the written information received by the Traveller is always valid.
13. Complaints or Courses of action
Feel NoLimits is solely responsible for the implementation of the services, stated in the programme of the tour and for the quality of the services. In case a certain service was not implemented or was executed in a lower quality, the tourist has the right to complain.
The tourist is obliged to relay all complaints to the tour guide or the Feel NoLimits representative at the location itself. If the complaint can be solved at the location itself (for example, the cleanliness or equipment in a room, an inadequate seat in the means of transport…), and the tourist does not alert the tour guide about these events, it counts as if the tourist agrees with such a service and loses the right for future complaints.
In case the complaint cannot be solved at the location itself immediately, the tourist has the right to file a complaint in writing form to Feel NoLimits within two months after the end of the tour. In case the tourist files a complaint too late, Feel NoLimits will not consider such a complaint.
If the part of the programme or a specific service was not implemented because of the fault of Feel NoLimits, the tourist has the right to a relative reduction in the price in the amount of the real value of that part of the programme or service itself.
14. Hotel bookings
This section of the General conditions only applies when booking a hotel via the Feel NoLimits website. The website booking form is only of an informative nature and is not the booking confirmation. Payment for the booking must be made within 3 days after the tourist receives the booking confirmation together with a proforma invoice to his/her e-mail address from Feel NoLimits. The applicant can pay the amount for the hotel booking using his/her bank account or with a credit card via the internet. All costs and provisions, connected with the transaction of money to the bank account of Feel NoLimits, needs to be paid solely by the tour applicant.
After Feel NoLimits receives the payment to its bank account, the tourist shall receive a voucher via e-mail which is valid as the booking confirmation and with which he/she can check-in at the hotel.
If the Traveller cancels the booking, the General terms and conditions for a refund of a specific hotel shall apply. The information about the terms of refund in the case of a cancellation will be provided to the Traveller by Feel NoLimits together with a proforma invoice.
15. Equipment rentals
By renting equipment from Feel NoLimits (lessor), you (lessee) accept that the equipment is in a good, functional condition at the time it was received.
The lessee agrees to pay the rental rate for the period agreed when the equipment is rented.
The lessee agrees to promptly return the equipment at the end of the rental period in the same condition as it was received.
The lessee agrees to pay the deposit of €200,00 in cash (wheelchair toilet and rolator €100,00) excluding tax at pick up.
Upon return and inspection, any and all repairs necessary or equipment missing will be charged at our current rates, but no more than €200,00 (€100,00)
The deposit will be returned after the rental, as long as all the conditions have been met.
A full day is charged, even for a partial day use.
The lessee will also pay the lessor to recover any equipment not promptly returned when requested.
Equipment may be collected in person or delivered to the desired location by previous arrangement. Delivery is charged extra.
This section of the General conditions is considered when booking a transfer only via the Feel NoLimits website. Payment for the transfer must be made within 3 days after the tourist receives transfer confirmation together with a proforma invoice to his/her e-mail from Feel NoLimits. The tourist can pay the amount for the transfer using his/her bank account or with a credit card via the internet.
All costs and provisions, connected with the transaction of money to the bank account of Feel NoLimits, need to be paid solely be the tour applicant.
After Feel NoLimits receives the payment to its bank account, the tourist will receive a voucher by e-mail which is valid as the transfer confirmation and with which he/she can use the booked transfer
The tour applicant will be given the exact time and meeting place, as well as the driver’s contact information at least 48 hours before the transfer.
If the tourist cancels the transfer, Feel NoLimits has the right to the refund because of the cancellation of the transfer. The amount of the refunded costs depends on the days remaining between the date of cancellation and the starting date of the tour. If it is not stated otherwise, Feel NoLimits shall keep the funds on the conditions as follows:
- Up to 10 days before the transfer – Feel NoLimits keeps only the administrative costs in the amount of €20.
- From 10 days up to 3 days before the transfer – Feel NoLimits keeps 50% of the price of the transfer.
- From 2 days before the departure or in case of the tourist’s no-show without a previous notification – Feel NoLimits shall keep 100% of the price of the transfer.
Feel NoLimits is not responsible for eventual delays due to unpredictable road conditions during the transfers. The tourist therefore has no right to any refund for the delays as well as for the damage that was caused because of the delay (e.g. missing a flight).
If the tourist is delayed Feel NoLimits or the vehicle driver should be notified as soon as the tourist is informed about the delay. In case of tourist’s delay, the vehicle will wait for the tourist for 3 hours free of charge.
Longer delays will be charged at €20 per hour for an 8-seat minibus (but no more than €200 per day), €25 for a 20-seat minibus (but no more than €250 per day) and €35 per hour for larger buses (but no more than €350 per day).
If Feel NoLimits or the vehicle`s driver do not receive the tourist’s notification about his/her delay, the vehicle shall wait for the tourist for 3 hours only. After 3 hours it is considered as the tourist’s no-show and Feel NoLimits shall keep 100% of the price of the transfer without any duty to the tourist involved.
17. Final conditions
All applicants travel at their own responsibility and are solely responsible for their actions during the tour. In case the group includes minors, they are the responsibility of their legal representatives or the travel companions and are not under any conditions a responsibility of Feel NoLimits or the tour guide and tour escort of the group.
These General terms are an integral part of the tour contract, which the applicant concluded with Feel NoLimits at the time of booking the tour/hotel/transfer/equipment rental.
All disputes will be resolved consensually, in case that is not possible, the proper court in Ljubljana is responsible for further settlements of any disputes.
